A South Carolina man was arrested and charged after sending threatening emails to a decide, based on officers.
David Matthew Zwicker, 36, despatched 9 separate emails between Dec. 30 and Jan. 19 to the decide with no authentic objective besides to trigger an individual to “suffer mental or emotional stress,” based on an affidavit.
One e-mail to the decide from Jan. 14 mentioned, “I’ll rip your face off.”

David Matthew Zwicker (Spartanburg County Detention Center)
Zwicker was charged with threatening the life, individual or household of a public official, intimidation of courtroom officers, harassment within the second diploma and illegal communication, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division introduced Friday.
He was booked into the Spartanburg Detention Center.
