A West Aussie has become an instant multi-millionaire after winning big in Saturday night’s Lotto draw.

The WA punter is one of eight Aussies celebrating division one glory after matching all six main numbers.

Each winner will take home a whopping $2.5 million.

Lotterywest spokesperson Jake Battrick confirmed Saturday’s winning ticket was sold at The Lucky Charm in Bertram.

“It’s so exciting to be celebrating another new Saturday Lotto Division One winner thanks to tonight’s Superdraw success,” he said.

“Tonight’s result means we’re also celebrating our 49th Saturday Lotto Division One winner this year, with those WA winners sharing in more than $65 million Division One prizes.”

Another 93 people got a share of the division two prize, each pocketing more than $11,500.

The winning numbers for draw 4621 are: 13, 17, 21, 28, 31, 42 and supplementary 15 and 3.

The weekend win comes just days after a WA man finally came forward to cash in his $25 million Powerball ticket.

Lotterywest had been searching for the man for almost three weeks after he purchased a ticket from Garden City Lottery Centre in Booragoon.

The man, aged in his 50s, realised he had a winning ticket last Monday but thought he’d only won $25,000.

“I didn’t know there was a $25 million prize up for grabs until I visited Lotterywest HQ this morning,” the winner said.

He said he plans to buy a Porsche with his winnings and share the prize with his siblings so they can enjoy life together.
