Officers arrested 41 college students on Monday following an indication at Brown University as college students staged a sit-in and referred to as for a cease-fire in Gaza, in line with the Brown Daily Herald.

“Given that this is the second prominent incident in recent weeks of students trespassing in a secure, non-residential building after operating hours, the University fully expects to recommend more significant criminal misdemeanor charges for any future incidents after the Dec. 11 sit-in,” Clark stated.

Clark added that arresting college students will not be an motion that the varsity takes flippantly.
