Starting the day with a smile and refreshing dip, 22 Hedland locals took a sunrise plunge at Pretty Pool on Sunday as part of a mental wellbeing fundraiser.
It was all part of the Cold Nips Australian Tour, which aims to conduct 100 sunrise dips in 100 days with thousands of other water lovers to raise $1 million for mental health.
