Perth rentals: State’s housing crisis to worsen with data revealing vacancy rates below one per cent

There’s little reason to think finding a rental in Perth will get easier any time soon, with new data revealing vacancy rates remained below one per cent last month.

Property and data site PropTrack has revealed that Perth still had the second lowest vacancy rate of any Australian capital, with only 0.98 per cent of rentals vacant — just ahead of Adelaide at 0.97 per cent.
