NFL referee Alex Kemp went viral within the fourth quarter of a recreation between the Seattle Seahawks and the Detroit Lions on Sunday afternoon with a zinger aimed toward Geno Smith.
The quip got here after Smith was flagged for intentional grounding. Smith dropped again to move and fired a ball from the pocket towards the top zone with no huge receiver within the space as it appeared there was some miscommunication on offense.

A flag got here out and Smith was known as for intentional grounding despite the fact that he wasn’t making an attempt to throw the ball away. As Seattle head coach Pete Carroll misplaced his mood, Smith tried to protest the decision to Smith as he was saying the penalty.
“I’m talking to America here, excuse me,” Kemp instructed Smith on the open mic as the veteran quarterback handed him.

The penalty pushed the Seahawks again from the Lions’ 17-yard line to the 27-yard line. Two performs later, Seattle was known as for unlawful formation and had to convert on a pivotal third down, which they did on a move to Tyler Lockett.

Seattle received the sport, 37-31, in additional time.
