Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been swarmed by masses of people at Bondi Beach as the couple paid a visit to some of the heroes of the Bondi terror attack.

Hundreds of fans hoping to get a glimpse of the Duke and Duchess were in luck as the pair stepped out together at the iconic hotspot on the fourth day of their Australian tour.

The couple appeared to be unfazed by the outpour of attention as they sported casual outfits to lap up the sun on the final leg of their trip.

Meghan and Harry were greeted by a throng of onlookers and posed for photos before making their way to Bondi Surf Bathers Life Saving Club.

Inside the club, the pair spoke with 40 surf live savers, some of whom were among the first responders at the Bondi massacre.

15 innocent people lot their lives when Sajid Akram and his son, Naveed Akram allegedly opened fire on a crowd of people celebrating a Jewish holiday.

They also heard the harrowing story from a mother who had to shield her young daughter as the horrific tragedy unfolded on December 14.

Later the Sussexes hit the sand alongside a mob of bystanders to watch a surf club demonstration.
