Hump day has become even sweeter for two Lotto ticketholders who have scooped Wednesday’s division one prize.
The pair of punters will each walk away with $1 million after taking a chance on the Millionaire Medley game.
Although the players not from WA, division two dished out stacks of cash worth more than $11,153 to two Sandgropers.
Another 135 ticketholders — including 27 West Aussies — netted a cash boost to the tune of $639.35.
The winning numbers for draw #4627 were 43, 26, 35, 25, 42 and 13. The supps were 24 and 5.
The news comes after a couple from Mandurah were revealed by Lotterywest as the winners of the monumental $50m Powerball.
They purchased the $28.20 ticket through Lotterywest’s Play Online portal, a very small share of their winning.
The pair said while their day-to-day lives wouldn’t change immediately, more family time was in their plans for the future.
“I’ve always dreamed of being a stay-at-home dad and I can’t wait to make that a reality,” the winner said.
“Life with a toddler is very busy, so to be able to slow down and spend more quality time together will be very special.”
