The line-up for the second annual two-day Kalbarri Open Air 2025 festival next month has been unveiled, with an eclectic mix of artists set to entertain the crowd.
After a successful inaugural festival last year, Jamart Sound Lounge has announced the line-up for KOA2025, featuring 18 bands from across WA, showcasing more acts and genres than in 2024.
Rock, blues, country, grunge, punk, shoegaze, ska, progressive, alternative, acoustic and metal artists will take to the stage on April 4 and 5.
The original bands are from Geraldton, Kalbarri, Karratha, Perth, Fremantle and Punmu and Kunawarritji country in the Pilbara.
They include Electric State, Highway 95, Good Strife, Applebite, The Wedges, Young Lennon, Menma, BluMetal, BMP, Wild Dingo Band, Colourmind, Vanadium B.C, Soothe, 8 Cannons Worth, Rawkus, Ammify and Bonfyre.
Organisers Jamart Smart Lounge say KOA2025 will be family-friendly, with food vans, a licensed bar area and activities for children.
With so much to do in Kalbarri so you can rock your socks off at KOA and have a little holiday while you’re at it,” organisers say.
“There’s plenty of camping and accommodation options across the road from the festival.”
More than 300 people rocked out at the first event last year.
Gates open at 1.30pm on both days for a 2pm start at Kalbarri Oval on Porter Street.
