Israel’s navy says Iran has launched plenty of drones at Israel, and it’ll take hours to reach.

This comes almost two weeks after an Israeli assault on the Iranian consulate in Syria killed seven members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

Israel’s military’s spokesman, Daniel Hagari, stated late on Saturday that Iran launched the drones from inside its personal territory, and that Israel was ready.

Israel has been on heightened alert since its assault on Damascus on April 1, regardless that it didn’t touch upon the assault. Iran vowed revenge and a retaliatory assault has been anticipated.

Earlier on Saturday, Iranian armed forces seized a container ship linked to Israel close to the Strait of Hormuz.

President Benjamin Netanyahu stated on Saturday that Israel was ready for a “direct attack from Iran”.

And Defence Minister Yoav Gallant stated Israel was “closely monitoring a planned attack” in opposition to it by Iran and its allies within the area.
