Federal immigration authorities have arrested three Portuguese girls residing within the U.S. illegally who’re additionally charged in reference to the dying of a Rhode Island toddler.
Agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested the ladies — ages 32, 25 and 22 — on Feb. 17 in Pawtucket.
