Authorities say there’s now sufficient proof to suspect foul play within the disappearance of Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley, two Kansas ladies who vanished over the weekend whereas touring to select up kids, in keeping with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI).
