The DAX Index moved sideways this week, mirroring the performance of other European and global indices. Its performance was largely because several German companies published their financial results and market participants reacted to rumors that Christine Lagarde was considering leaving the European Central Bank (ECB).

This article explores some of the top DAX Index stocks to watch next week, including popular names like Bayer, BASF, Allianz, Deutsche Telekom, and Munich Re.

Bayer (BAYN) will be the top DAX Index stock to watch

Bayer stock price has been in a strong uptrend in the past few months, reaching a high of €49.7, its highest level since September 23rd. It has jumped by 150% from its lowest level in 2025, making it one of the best-performing companies in the DAX Index.

Bayer’s stock was in the spotlight as it continued to press for a settlement on Roundup, a weedkiller it acquired as part of the $63 billion Monsanto deal. It proposed to settle a nationwide class-action lawsuit by setting aside more than $7 billion to fund payments over 21 years.

The most recent results showed that its net sales rose by 1% to €34 billion in the first nine months, with its core EPS rising by 7% to €4.29. The growth was mostly because of its crop science division.

The guidance showed that the annual revenue will be between €46 billion and €48 billion, with its EBITDA being between €9.7 billion and €10.2 billion.

Allianz (ALV)

Allianz share price has been in a strong uptrend in the past few years, moving from a low of €134 in September 2022 to a high of €395. This growth happened as the company’s revenue and profitability grew.

The next key catalyst for the Allianz share price will be its financial results, which will come out Thursday. Its most recent results showed that its total business volume rose by 5.2% to over €42.8 billion, while its operating profit jumped by 12.6% to €4.4 billion.

The management’s guidance was that the annual operating profit will be between €17 billion and €27.5 billion. It will also likely announce a new share buyback program after it completes the previous €2 billion.

Deutsche Telekom (DTE)

Deutsche Telekom, the biggest telecom company in the country, has done well in the past few weeks, moving from a low of €25 in November last year to the current €32.65, its highest level since June last year.

The company will be in the spotlight as it publishes its financial results on Thursday. Data shows that its gross revenue jumped to over €6.5 billion, while its T-Mobile stake was over €20 billion.

The most recent results showed that Deutsche Telekom made over €28 billion in the third quarter, while its net profit rose to over €2.4 billion. Technical analysis suggests that the stock will jump to a record high of €34 in the near term.

BASF (BAS)

BASF, the biggest chemical company in the world, will be a top DAX Index company to watch next week as it releases its numbers on Friday next week. Its stock was trading at €48, down slightly from the year-to-date high of €52.

BASF’s business has struggled in the past few years, mostly because of the cost of doing business in Germany. The most recent results showed that BASF’s revenue dropped slightly in the third quarter to €15.2 billion, with its EBITDA falling to €1.5 billion.

BASF’s guidance for the year is that its EBITDA will be between €7.3 billion and €7.7 billion, and its free cash flow was between €0.4 billion and €0.8 billion.
