A half-completed worker’s village in Australind with the potential to accommodate 850 people could prove a gamechanger for housing supply in the South West.

US mining giant Albemarle has listed the Paris Grove workers village after revealing in August that it would not pursue expansion plans at its Kemerton Lithium plant following a drop in lithium prices.
