At Sunday’s Grammy Awards, Taylor Swift received album of the yr for “Midnights” and, for good measure, introduced a brand new album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” due in April. Other massive winners included Victoria Monét, Phoebe Bridgers (and boygenius), Killer Mike, Miley Cyrus and Billie Eilish.

The present featured a number of shifting stay performances from elders: Tracy Chapman duetting with Luke Combs on “Fast Car,” a hanging Joni Mitchell singalong and a closing stomper from Billy Joel.
