Utah prosecutors have charged Tyler Robinson, the suspect in the fatal shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, with aggravated murder, and will seek the death penalty. Robinson was also charged with felony discharge of a firearm, witness tampering and obstruction of justice.
