North Albany have made a fast start in the first quarter of the Great Southern Football League Youth Girls grand final, getting a major on the board within the first minute of playing time.
Madeline Tyson got a quick goal through for the Kangas, looking to set the tone for the team’s home ground game.
Solid work through the midfield from both teams kept the rest of the quarter hotly contested, and neither team managed any more points in the first term.
