The FBI has received DNA evidence recovered from the Tucson, Arizona, home of Nancy Guthrie, sources familiar with the investigation confirmed to Fox News Digital.

A source with knowledge of the investigation confirmed that investigators had collected a clipping from Nancy’s bedsheets.

A spokesperson with the Pima County Sheriff’s Office said that they’ve been “sharing a lot of things” with the FBI lab since the beginning of the Guthrie investigation.

Nancy Guthrie, the 84-year-old mother of Today show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, was abducted from her residence in the early hours of Feb. 1.
